This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a £multi million company. The company is making a healthy profit from a turnover in excess of £150 million. They operate throughout London and the South East. The Quantity Surveyor will be working in the MTC and small works department based in Kent, with duties including the management of Trainee and/or Assistant Surveyors, the invoicing of all the works under taken; performing evaluations, procurements, and payments to the sub contractors, produce monthly accounts and provide financial information as required. The Quantity Surveyor will have experience in working within the social housing market, bespoke use of SOR's and be able to deal with high volumes of low value orders and as such poses good IT skills. This company offers a basic salary of £40 - £45k per annum and a company car/allowance, fuel card, private medical care, pension and 26days holiday.
