This is an unique opportunity for an interested and motivated individual to work and lead within the Specialist Nursing Team dealing with Acute Pain within the American Hospital based in Dubai UAE. If you feel that you have the required skills to perform this role but lack the experience, we would consider a secondment opportunity in the first instance.
You will be a First Level Registered Nurse with current nursing registration, having significant post registration experience including managing others in an Acute Pain Environment. You should possess a broad knowledge of caring for patients with acute pain. You will also be able to demonstrate proven team development and interpersonal skills. You will also have the confidence to work closely with consultant colleagues to develop the speciality to meet national agendas. A detailed understanding of the wider aspects of an acute pain service provision is also necessary.
All applicants will: -
•Hold a degree/advanced diploma in nursing
•Hold a teaching and assessing qualification
•Have attended specialist courses in pain management
•Have current registration .
