As a professionally qualified Town Planner, you will need to have experience of dealing with large-scale residential and commercial schemes in the UK. Additionally, you should be confident, articulate, well organised and efficient, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Authority is offering a contract role until January 2009, though there is high likelihood that this will be extended further.
