The candidate will be qualified with BSc and MSc degrees in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science or other related field and with strong experience in comprehensive contaminated land Phases 1 and 2. We are looking for experience with a particular emphasis on human health risk assessment. Successful candidates will have a thorough knowledge of CLR 7-10 technical guidance, familiarity with a range of risk assessment tools and Part 2A and a keen interest in developing conceptual models. Excellent technical, client and regulator interface skills and an ability to manage complex projects to achieve the client’s objectives.

The client is looking for a Human Health Risk Assessor to join our reputable Contaminated Land team to support a fast expanding project workload and client base in the UK. Technical leadership, staff mentoring and project management with business development are essential components of this position’s role.

This position is offered on either a permanent or a contract basis (enhanced remuneration for contract position). The permanent position is subject to an initial three/six month probationary period.
