Job Description

Senior Concept Architect responsible to Design Group Manager / Executive Architect or an International Retail Developer. To strengthen the group's design skills and assist in master planning and retail planning for new projects, fundamental redesign (where required) in current main schemes, and concept design work for “intermediate projects”.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·Develop retail plans, concept layouts and designs from first principles/feasibility. Scope of Projects to range from small scale to urban master planning, and including ongoing design amendments and detailed design development for current and future major projects.
·Execute drawings for presentations and workshops (in-house teams development directors/executives, leasing etc) for feasibility exercises and sign-offs.
·Prepare and carry out presentations in conjunction with (and at times deputising for) Design Group Manager to third parties. Planning authorities, planning consultees, investors/owners, and prospective tenants.
·Assist generally the design team on ongoing project work as required by the Executive Architect.
·Maintain contemporary understanding of trends in the market.
