Wanted: Project Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Director to lead a large scale NHS redevelopment

This hospital is an extremely valuable NHS asset. The development will be required for future NHS use as well as offering potential for housing, local community facilities as well as private developments.

A qualified project manager, building surveyor or architect, you'll have experience of managing large capital schemes from conception through to completion and preferably an understanding of working within a Healthcare environment. Knowledge and experience of building sustainability and environmental design would also be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be RICS and/or CIOB qualified and will have a number of years experience as a project director.
