Senior Planning Manager
Aquatics Centre
£80k + Awesome Package

Be involved in history in the making, be part of the team that will deliver the Aquatic Centre for the 2012 Olympic Games.

The Company

Our client is a top tier main contractor who works globally and has currently a major stake hold in the construction of Olympic related projects.

Main Duties

•Lead the planning team in the development and maintenance of the project programme
•Monitor and report on the programme under an NEC form of contract.
•Liaise with site staff and management on programme
•Forecasting potential problems within the construction programme
•Giving support and managing younger members of staff
•Be part of the team to drive the programme and project towards completion

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring to the role:
•10+ years of construction experience
•5+ years experience of planning building / civil works
•Experience of working on major construction projects (£100m+)
•Proven accomplished user of Primavera P3
•Proven ability to manage planning activities
•Educated to degree level
•CSCS card

Benefits

A desirable salary of between £65k - £80k + Package will be offered to the successful candidate depending on experience.

The package will include:
