Site Manager – new build school - education
Location
Harrow
Position
Freelance contract (possibility of permanent after completion of project) immediate start
A Highly Established Multi Million Contractor is Looking for A Senior Site Manager to Manage a School Refurb and Extension Project of the value of £7 million.
Requirements
Ideally you will have Refurb experience within the Education sector and 4-5 years as Site Manager
You should hold a CSCS and have a full UK driving license and must be a short commute from Harrow.This will include all health and safety, quality, procedures and program. Ideal candidates will be an all rounder You will possess drive and enthusiasm you must have CSCS and be a qualified first aider.
You will be reporting to the Contracts Director and take the job through to completion.
