Site Manager, Freelance Basis

Client
A Recognised UK Top main Contractor with an enviable reputation in the private and public sectors and a very high percentage of repeat business seeks an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on a free lance basis for a Fit out and Refurbishment Project in Hemel Hempstead.

The Role
Must be able to demonstrate a stable, proven track record as Site Manager on major, complex building projects of £10 million and above.

As Site Manager you will have a good track record working on both new build and refurbishment projects. You will possess at least 5 years experience in a Site Manager role and will have ideally worked for a UK main contractor. You, the Site Manager will need to be focused and results driven. You will posses all Health and Safety Qualifications needed to run a site tidily, safely, on time and to budget.
This is a new opportunity for a Site Manager to work on a number of different projects recently won or on going, ranging from new builds to Refurbishment projects between £2mill and £20mill.

Salary is very competitive with high perks.
