My client is a well established worldwide Consultancy and due to on going growth, are seeking to recruit a Senior Project Surveyor for their Legal team, to be based in their London office.
The main responsibilities are to provide impartial advice in connection with construction disputes and to assist the Partner.

As a Senior Project Surveyor, a summary of your duties include analysis of contractor claims, forensic analysis of contractors claims, preparation of reports, acting as a witness on certain projects as well as giving evidence in court. You will have strong communication skills as you will be interacting with solicitors and barristers.

To apply for the role as a Senior Project Surveyor, you will have experience and chartered certification in cost management. You will be ideally of degree educated and have relevant professional qualification.

My client is looking for enthusiastic individuals, with knowledge of construction. The ability to analyse problems quickly, concisely and with a high level of accuracy.
