Job Description
• Motivate and manage the project team through the design phase and to completion of construction and commissioning
• Ensure timely milestone handovers of sections of structure to the process contractor
• Management and monitoring of Key subcontracts on the design and build project.
• Ensure All Contractors and staff work accordingly within Health and Safety procedures
• Manage all construction resources as they arrive on specific job sites
• Advise Site Team of approved construction strategy
• Set Staff performance targets and work with staff to achieve required results
• Review Monthly Operations of procurement with Project Manager
• Liaise with contractors/construction team/clients and third parties
