Job Description
You will need a minimum of Four years experience
in the industry and two years running the floor of a
busy catering establishment
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager,
You will be accountable for the successful day to day running of the front of house team.
You will be responsible for implementing all standards and procedures set by the business as well as the day to day operation of the restaurant.
This is a hands on role requiring as much of your time on the floor of the restaurant as in the office. As well as being responsible for implementing all standards and procedures set out by the management, you will also be responsible for the welfare of your team.
