Job Description

• To deliver a number of strategic projects or programmes to meet Corporate Plan objectives, in the South West, including such activities as URC’s, Housing Market Renewal, Brownfield Development, Growth Areas etc.

• To support the Area Director in promoting the Client through effective relationships with public and private sector stakeholders in the sub-region.

• To ensure that these activities are delivered to the Client’s required specification and standards within agreed budgets and programmes, in order to meet expenditure, receipts and physical output targets. All activities must be within the requirements of the Client’s Financial Requirements.

• To assist in the preparation of the Regional Business Plan and support the Annual Valuation of assets.

• To provide a specific professional skill & expertise to support the delivery of projects by the Client or its partners within the Region

• To liaise with Regeneration Managers & Business Support to ensure management, financial, output and programme information is accurate and up to date.

The successful Candidate must have experience of delivering complex development and/or regeneration projects. This should be in either the public or private sectors.
