A nation-wide multi-disciplined consultancy looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their Hertfordshire M&E team. Currently around 30-strong, the department is in great need of new talent to become involved in a range of projects, with plenty more on the books for later in the year. The Consultancy is very commercially-focussed in terms of projects which include a 500,000 square ft Commercial Office development as well as several other large mixed use new build schemes across the UK. Company is part of the Royal BAM group, and CIBSE registered.

As Senior Engineer you will be charged with the following:

-Producing LV Electrical designs including cable tray sizing and layout from conception through to implementation, calculate the voltage drop for the building and produce accurate reports to the Senior Management on progress
-Attend regular meetings, go on site visits, possibly to projects abroad, and liaise with company's client as a representative of the firm
-Assisting more junior members of the relevant project team in there work, and leading by example

To be considered for this role you should:

-Be HNC or above qualified, though experienced candidates will of course be considered regardless
-Have a reasonable level of experience in the Commercial field of Building Services, ideally with large projects
-Familiar with Amtech system
