An exciting International opportunity to advise and report on hotel properties and projects to ensure any hotels entering the group conform to brand standards, designed to support brand values. Liaising with internal and external consultants throughout the project life cycle.

You will also provide a service to existing hotels to improve, develop and enhance design and layouts.

Responsible for individual hotel projects, to visit and report on property details as required by Development Directors including compliance with brand standards, fire/life safety standards and good practice.

This role is London based with great opportunity to travel. You must be architecturally trained, have development experience and ideally within the hotel sector plus AutoCAD skills.
