Job Description
We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to work within a busy Recruitment team based in a local authority in South West London.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for inputting received applications onto the HR information system, sending out correspondence including interview letters, unsuccessful letters, conditional offer letters and reference requests. You will also be required to chase referees and successful candidates for outstanding documentation, liaise with applicants and managers on the telephone and
via email. The role will involve regularly updating managers and applicants on the status of their conditional offers, carry out basic office duties including filing, photocopying and opening the post.
The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure whilst meeting very tight deadlines and the ability of working with speed and accuracy whilst paying very close attention to detail. Administration experience within a public sector organisation is essential. Experience of working in a HR department would be desirable but is not essential.
