12 miles from Central London this North London Borough is recruiting for a Town Planner to join one of their Development Control Teams on a contract basis.
You will be required to determine planning and associated applications, enforcement of planning control and tree protection. Meet the objectives of the development control service in maintaining, regenerating and improving the environment of the Borough by the implementation of the Councils Unitary Development Plan and other planning policies.
This is an excellent opportunity to have the security of a minimum 6-9 month contract, with the possibility of this being extended.
Rate is negotiable depending on experience.
Skills
Requirements of this role include:-
 Must have Development control Experience;
 Must have Planning and Environmental experience;
 Must hold a degree in Town Planning or equivalent.
