Job Description
The main purpose of this position is to independently prepare and/or oversee preparation of landscape architectural documents, including planning, concept design and construction documents and be a corporate resource expert in the landscape design sector while developing project scopes, managing budgets, and leading, mentoring, training, and supervising our Landscape Architects/Designers and CAD Team.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in landscape architecture or related field with four to twelve years of experience or equivalent combination.
* Ideally 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
* Excellent knowledge of landscape and related materials (hardscape, lighting, erosion control, irrigation and earthwork).
* Effective verbal, graphic and written communication skills.
* Demonstrates competent knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCAD, plotter use.
* Excellent plan reading and review skills.
* Demonstrates good supervisory and people management skills.
