My client is a large Multi Disciplinary Private Practice with over 50 offices across the England & Scotland. They seek a RICS Qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their busy West London office.

The role will entail:

•Carrying out and responsibility for a large volume of valuations of houses, flats and residential properties, mainly within the western half of London and also within the Home Counties, for an extensive range of banks, buildings societies, other lending institutions, private organisations or individuals.

•Provision of expert witness reports and court evidence, including pre-trial expert witness negotiation, in respect mainly of residential property for both claimants and defendants in alleged negligence and other forms of claim.

•Taxation valuation advice and subsequent negotiation with HMRC/Valuation Office, concerning residential and rural property.

•Advice/negotiation on behalf of freeholders or leaseholders involving enfranchisement or lease extension on residential property mainly within Greater London.

•Working with or providing advice to London and provincial offices on the marketing/valuation of both London and country residential properties.

•A limited amount of day to day management of residential flats or houses and rural properties.
