Description:
Our Client are seeking a Registered Manager to be responsible for providing a high quality residential service to adults with a learning disability in there 8 -10 bedded Home.
Leading a team of staff, working in partnership with the people living at the home and significant others, to fulfil and further the aims and objectives of the service.
The Registered Care Manager will be expected to accept responsibility for all aspects of the management and development of the home.
The Qualifications required for this position are:
RMA ( or working towards)
NVQ Level 4 / RNLD
