Job Description
Senior Theatre Practitioner
Our client's busy theatre department comprising of 11 theatres and 3 Cath Labs requires an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Staff Nurse to join the theatre team at this prestigious private hospital in London.
We carry out a broad range of surgical procedures except paediatrics and maternity. The key requirements for this post are an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of Ophthalmic and Plastic surgery procedures with an ability to assess and manage clinical risk.
You must posses good communication and interpersonal skills and be a good team player. You should be able to utilise resources efficiently with a commitment to providing a quality service to both patients and consultants. A flexible approach to working patterns is essential and you will be expected to take part in the department's shift and on-call rotas.
Recognised qualification in anaesthetic practice.
