Job Description

An established and highly respected specialist architectural practice are expanding and are looking to recruit a junior architect. The practice works largely with private clients but also on specialist projects for schools, universities, museums etc.

You will be based either in the South West or in London and the role will encompass:

° Reporting to and working with senior architects
° Delivering on time and in budget in line with client expectations on multiple projects worth up £1M
° Leading and consulting technical staff
° Administration of building contracts

You will have good communication and negotiation skills and be fully proficient Microstation (or AutoCAD 2D etc. with ability to convert). A basic understanding of planning law is essential.
