Job Description
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Ability to carry out assessments on people with severe and enduring mental health needs, carry out plans, reviews and monitor progress
• An understanding of relevant legislation and guidance
• Ability to perform full range of statutory responsibilities
• Budget monitoring skills
• Knowledge of benefits system
• Record keeping, report writing and information management
• Negotiating skills
• Constructive team member/ability to work autonomously
GSCC registration and a Car Driver is a must.
