Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Sustainability Officer with one of London's most prestigious borough councils. You will play a key role leading on environmental sustainability projects, strategy and policies that will encompass energy, waste, transport, water, green space, climate change mitigation and bio diversity. Additional duties will include conducting sustainability appraisals supporting multi-agency partnerships, providing advise on sustainability issues to departmental managers and coordinating sustainbility forums. Successful candidates will have acquired commercial experience as an Environmental Planner or Sustainability Officer in the UK or overseas.
