Job Description
One of the UK's largest, independent, design led multi-disciplinary Practices is looking for a senior planner to join in its success. They provide comprehensive planning, design and regeneration expertise to both public and private sector clients across all types of development, from key national urban regeneration sites to a local village hall. They have worked on some high profile projects including Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth and Vauxhall Tower in London. Their key clients are English Partnerships, Bellway Homes, George Wimpey and the University of London. They are experts on appeals and the successful candidate will be involved in these. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience preferably in development control and with some local authority experience.
