One of the UK's largest independent property consultancies, employing over 650 staff and are growing! The firm provides advice on matters concerning Real Estate and Construction in the UK and Europe to a broad variety of clients in the Private and Public Sectors.They are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their team.

As a Senior Surveyor you will be undertaking both regular portfolio work (from City office buildings through industrial/warehouse parks to shopping centres) and loan security work. At Senior Surveyor level the work is concentrated on loan security but from time to time may involve running a portfolio. The role involve lots of UK travel and regular client contact.

You must be MRICS and have a post qualification UK experience, particularly in commercial property valuation. Strong report writing skills, excellent communication skills are essential. Experience of Circle valuation software would be an advantage.
