Our client is one of the UKs most experienced specialist mechanical and electrical engineering and facilities services companies with more than 100 years of experience. The envy of their competitors, they undertake some of the UKs most high profile projects due to their national spread and outstanding reputation that has consistently grown with the successful completion of these projects.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Estimator to play a leading role at their Hatfield location. This demanding and challenging role requires first class estimating skills as you will be responsible for preparing various mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications or Design and Build projects. This will involve examining tender documentation, advising managers of bid projects, liaising with other departments and the preparation of Sub-Contractor enquiries

The successful candidate will need to be HNC qualified in a related discipline with significant experience in the mechanical estimation of projects, including working from drawings and specifications and/or Design and Build projects.
