Our client hospital in North West are looking for Grade F Team Leaders, to ensure an excellent service is delivered with in the orthopaedic and Cardiothoracic departments based in Cheshire.

To be successfully, you will be qualified with an NMC pin and have proven scrub experience within the specialist procedures of the department.

If you are looking for your next challenge, or are already in a similar role this role will be for you. Your responsibility will be:-
- to ensure the nursing team delivers effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership.
- to assess the health and wellbeing needs of a diverse range of patients.
- to constantly seek to improve services and support the efficient use of resources.
- to manage the team day to day managing and developing individuals.

Naturally you will possess a valid and up to date NMC pin number. You will need to provide a proven track record of management and leadership skills within your current role, and will be eager to continue your professional development.
