Job Description

Our Client, a leading global construction consultancy, requires a Senior Project Manager to work within the Education and Local Government team based in Kings Cross, London. This exciting opportunity to join this newly formed team comprises a combination of service delivery management and sector sales in this rapidly growing market.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading a project team in the delivery of high quality client project requirements, from inception to completion
Client development and activity planning
Business planning and bid management
Develop PM sales capability and services
Delivery of best practice PM systems and controls
Staff utilisation and resource management
People development and coaching

Skills/Experience:
Substantial experience of Project Management in the construction industry
Proven sales and client development capability
Knowledge of fundamental Project Management systems and procedures in the construction industry
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Good presentation skills
Management skills
Professional and diligent manner

Education/Qualifications:
HNC/Degree
Chartered Preferred

Personal Qualities:
Flexible
Committed to providing a high quality service
Broad minded
Good at gaining client confidence
IT literate.

Salary will range from £45k - £55k and benefits package includes car allowance and private medical insurance. This is commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
