Based in OUTSTANDING canal-side London offices, my client is seeking experienced Architects to work on on the the most high profile mixed-use development in London. Client focuses on large city-centre developments in the UK including completely new building as well as refurbishments, fit-outs and interiors for financial institutions and banks.

Project:

Designed by one of the world’s most innovative and acclaimed architects, this development is set to become a landmark retail and office development in the City of London. Situated to the east of St. Paul’s Cathedral, the projecft represents a rare opportunity for comprehensive redevelopment close to St Paul’s and to improve the environment and amenity in this part of the city. Upon completion in 2010, the scheme will incorporate approximately 220,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space and 340,000 sq ft of premium office accommodation.
