Job Description
This Central London Architectural Practice is currently seeking an experienced Architect to join them immediately.
The company has a portfolio of many impressive cultural buildings, theatres and commercial spaces. They need an Architect to work on a 20 million project of phased works to an existing office building and campus in, Kent. This consists of a new 20,000 sq ft office building on 2 floors, 3 levels of basement car park for 200 cars, 10,000 sq ft data hall on 2 basement levels and other site wide alterations.
You will be Microstation proficient, be an enthusiastic team player with the ability and skills to lead a team to deliver this project on time and to budget. Experience on Similar projects is an advantage.
