Job Description
Hays Education is offering the opportunity for Qualified Primary Teachers to work on a Guaranteed Pay basis. The scheme offers the right individual Guaranteed Pay for the number of days you make your self exclusively available to Hays Education for supply work. So whether we find you work on those days or not, you have the guarantee of pay for that day.
Individuals who qualify for this scheme must:
· Have QTS
· Be flexible with the areas of Birmingham that they can work in
· Be able to work in Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2
If you feel you meet this criteria and would like the opportunity to work in our large network of schools in Birmingham then we would like to hear from you. You will initially be screened for your suitability over the phone and we will then invite you in for a free 1 hour consultation to discuss the scheme further.
