One of the country's leading planning consultancies is recruiting! They provide planning advice in elation to a range of developments, including residential, retail and mixed-use. They are seeking an ambitious and motivated planner with 1 year of experience or more. You will be working in the retail and commercial team, although you do not need to have experience in these areas, an interest in them is sufficient. You will also undertake planning work in relation to residential and mixed-use developments in order to give you a broad spectrum of work and to further your career progression. Private sector experience is not a prerequisite You will have strong communications skills, both written and oral and demonstrate a practical and flexible approach. Those joining my client will be involved in challenging and varied assignments with the opportunity for early responsibility. As well as an excellent basic salary you will be given a car/car allowance, a generous bonus, pension, health care and a great working environment. The office is just a 30 minute train journey from St Pancras.
