Job Description
My Client is looking for a planner with the ability to work with minimum support and supervision on local plan monitoring work, utilising the planning application information held by the Client. They are particularly keen that the successful individual undertakes monitoring work on housing to inform the development of the local plan and a Housing Land Audit. This is an immediate requirement, so an urgent application is recommended.
