Project Manager – RC Frame. City site near Islington. 27 floor new build RC frame with an 8 week (£1m) piling package to initially supervise. Would suit either a Project Manager who has run city sites and is seeking bigger jobs or a very capable No.2 who is seeking to move up the ladder.

The Requirement is for a Project Manager – RC Frame, with a good technical knowledge of RC frames and their construction methods, able to ensure that the client’s exacting standards are met. This is a £20m project over 2 years, so you must be able to demonstrate a traceable employment and work history. This is a new scheme so there is plenty of opportunity for either a long contract role, or a permanent position.

The project is a £ multi million project providing mixed commercial and support buildings over the next 24 months. Ideally you will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong engineering background and wish to put your technical knowledge to good use. This is a role that requires strong man management skills, the ability to produce high quality finishes, GRP moulds are in use for as struck finishes, also good diplomatic and negotiating skills to work with the demanding client and a sense of humour to survive.
