They are a leading respected consultancy who devise architectural and engineering services within the housing industry.

Set up 15 years ago they have established relationships with major house builders working on prominent commissions throughout the South West.
They are co ordinating a number of new positions due to a rapid increase in workload.

Working closely alongside an associate you will play an influential role creating high quality design sup to planning stage on significant projects ranging from 50 - 1000 houses.
In a team of 10 with architectural designers and assistant under you will put together site layouts, sketch schemes, planning applications and mini street scenes for this catalyst appointment.

Our client is currently enjoying an exciting phase of expansion, to meet this they are looking to recruit a tenacious candidate can assist in running a drawing office, has extensive knowledge of planning applications, AutoCAD proficiency and good team management skills.
