Job Description

They currently require a quality manager to enforce the client’s Quality Control procedures on all contracts to ensure every job is delivered perfectly.
You day to day responsibilities would include be:

• To micro manage / programme the finishing stages of a job
• To ensure the quality control plan is maintained on all contracts
• To carry out staged quality checks during the build process to ensure quality is maintained throughout programme
• To assist Project Managers / Site Managers in making sure all works are to an accepted standard throughout
• Identify new / efficient ways to improve the build process and quality
• To attend client and sub contractor meetings accordingly
• To understand all aspects of office interior fit out including mechanical and electrical installations.
• To ensure all documentation is complete at practical completion
• To ensure all works are fully compliant with building regulations prior to Practical Completion
• To provide training where required to sub contractors / site managers and Project Managers on quality control procedures

The successful candidate will:
• Have a good understanding of quality control in a aspects of office interior work including relevant BS codes and regulations
• Be a clear communicator, and client facing
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to clearly interpret drawings and quickly resolve any design / detail issues that may arise
• Be able to work cost effectively and efficiently
