Job Description
Our London Client is seeking a Town planner with a background in Statutory Planning to join their area team intially dealing with household planning applications. The role is exceptionally flexible and offers a great chance to develop ones UK experience, understading and knowledge whilst undertaking more challenging projects:
- To analyse, interpret and present a range of information and data relating to Planning Applications, including recommendations, to assist in the Planning Decision process.
- Preparing written reports in plain English, in line with Council policies, in order to simplify and provide consistent methods of Planning Application determination.
- Planning, managing and implementing projects, as directed, including developing project plans showing key milestones, deadlines and responsibilities.
