Job Description
An Assistant Development Control Planner is required to work in a North West London Borough in their Town Planning team.
As an Assistant Development Control Planner you will be required to assist in the registration of new planning applications involving the checking of planning fees and permitted development.
You will also have to deal with the appraisal of the technical aspects of the application, as well as going on site visits and also helping preparing reports on applications.
As the successful Assistant Development Control Planner, you will have a degree in Town Planning and previous experience in a similar role in the UK or overseas.
