Job Description
An Essex Borough is looking for a planner to work in their policy department.
To engage with geographical groups to identify locally specific needs and options for the Area's Action Plan and prepare a report for each location. This will feed into the evidence base for the Area DPDs
You will be required to help to finish the strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment and also to work on the Residential Design Standards SPD, Green Belt Design Standards SPD and Commercial Design Standards SPD
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and have a Town Planning degree.
