My client, a London local authority seeks an environmental town planner to perform a series of functions including the provision of advice to colleagues and the public on the Council's emerging environmental action plan and to progress projects in support of the plan with a range of stakeholder groups.
This position is within the Planning Policy and Implementation Unit which is one of four units making up the Planning and Regeneration Service. The Unit has recently integrated the environmental advice and projects function and is working to align the Council's existing and emerging environmental strategies with its Local Development Framework.
