Project Manager – New Build – Main Contractor – London

One of the worlds leading project management and construction services companies are looking for a Project Manager for £150 million commercial project in Regent Street, London.

The main responsibilities will be to ensure there is a strong client focus and that good working relations are maintained in order to ensure full satisfaction with project delivery. You will also be needed to ensure the contractor's design and delivery risk/opportunities are managed to ensure overall commercial profitability is maximised.

The successful Project Manager will be working within the build department of this main contractor with all future projects being mainly with in the M25. Project values will range from £40 million - £300 million and will be based on both traditional and design & build forms of contract. Most projects will be exceptionally designed commercial offices.

The ideal Project Manager will have experience of working for a main contractor with in the UK. You must have experience successfully running commercial projects with values of no less than £80million.
