Job Description
To deliver specific agreed tasks on the Council’s pro-active projects such as places of worship, advertisement hoardings, listed buildings/conservation area issues and any other pro-active projects as required.
1.Develop, implement, monitor and review new planning enforcement initiatives.
2.Assist the DC Unit’s section heads in project development initiatives.
3.Prepare reports on specific projects as directed by the Planning Enforcement Team Manager.
4.Investigate and manage complaints of alleged unauthorised development associated to project work and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
5.Deal with enforcement appeals associated with project work including giving evidence at Public Inquiries and informal hearings.
