Senior Hydrogeologist / Project Manager

The Company is an innovative high quality independent consultancy specialising in the application of groundwater modelling, risk assessment and quantitative hydrogeological techniques to the solution of practical soil and groundwater problems. The company is also a leading publisher of groundwater software and provides environmental data management solutions within the environmental sector. Over the last 10 years we have developed a strong team of staff with good communications skills, strong technical capabilities and numeracy.
Due to demand for our services, the company is now seeking a high calibre Senior Hydrogeologist / Project Manager to help to shape and develop our growing workload from either our London or Shrewsbury office.
Qualifications & Skills
Successful candidates must be MSc qualified in Hydrogeology or close related subject with a minimum of 5 years industry or consultancy experience.
 Strong technical ability and business acumen
 Excellent communication, report writing and leadership skills
 Ability to work effectively as part of a team
 Innovation to develop technical solutions
Responsibilities
 Project and financial management of a range of projects
 Technical input into projects
 Proposal compilation and writing
 Mentoring and supervision of project staff
 Development of client relationships and contractor supervision
