Quantity Surveyors with ambition and drive. Required for immediate Permanent or Freelance starts on a high profile scheme. All levels of Quantity Surveyors will be equally considered if you have the right attitude.

Major new development incorporating over 3000 residential apartments in a number of multi-storey buildings, a new school, community centre and leisure facilities as the first phase. The second phase will incorporate extensive recreational and entertainment facilities. This is a development that will be ongoing for a number of years and will give promotion opportunities for a Quantity Surveyor who is in on the ground floor.

Excellent opportunity to get in at the ground floor of this project and to work with an extremely successful company. With a track record of performing at the upper end of the property market in working with new technology, this is a company that is growing very soundly and successfully.

You will ideally have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying and probably a minimum of 3 years post graduation experience working for main contractors, substantial sub-contractors or developers. Good IT skills and a sound Commercial understanding and application are essential, as is the desire to fully commit to a company that will help you shape a successful career.

Salary levels are indicative for the intermediate level Quantity Surveyors and you should apply if the project sounds interesting as there are bespoke packages on offer. Since a number of Quantity Surveyors will be required for this and other similar projects it is possible to engage Freelance and Permanent staff for extended periods. Only applicants who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.
