A position has become available for a Project Management position. As project manager you will be able to demonstrate the ability to run large sites up to the value of £250,000, you will undertake the tasks of managing staff numbers up to 20 including number 2 project managers, site managers and foreman. This is a mixed unit residential development consisting of RC frames, traditional build and luxury apartments. You will have a track record in the new build residential sector and have a willingness to succeed.

Several brown filled site have recently acquired across London which can be taken under consideration for the correct candidate. The company is regarded as one of the top residential developers in the country whilst being able to build multi storey flats through to bespoke one off projects.
