Job Description
One of the nations leading residential developers require an experienced Site Manager to head up a new project in Surrey, initially comprising 14 traditional build town houses, with further units currently at planning stage.
The successful candidate will have successfully managed residential developments from inception through to completion, ideally on time and within budget. You will be fully conversant with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements, possess strong organisation skills and be a confident man manager.
