Job Description
A Borough north west of London is looking to recruit a duty planner.
You will be required to act as main point of contact for planning enquiries both telephone and face to face and relatively straightforward correspondence re planning applications but also to act as Planning Officer as required.
The successful candidate will have experience in development control and will be able to demonstrate communication skills to deal with enquires and give advice to people inside and outside the Council.
You must have a degree in Town and Country Planning or equivalent qualification.
