Job Description
Our client, one of the largest independent planning consultancies in the UK with offices in London, Manchester, Leeds and Dublin, currently seeks to appoint commercially minded and ambitious Town Planners within their London office.
This highly regarded consultancy has recently opened new premises in Central London and now seeks to expand their London planning team. Providing a comprehensive range of development planning and related services to a range of high profile clients, they are looking for commercially minded individuals with the aptitude to work on a wide range of projects.
They have an enviable portfolio of clients and you will be responsible for providing them with first-rate professional advice. You will be required to manage complex planning projects including retail, residential and leisure projects and will need to possess excellent presentation, report writing and communication skills as well as firm knowledge of planning system, law and procedures.
