Job Description

Project Managers x 2 for new build projects. A Construction company managed and run by Construction people is currently seeking 2 additional Project Managers.

The positions are both new build and in the £3 to £4m region which is representative of the company’s workload.

Project 1. New build extension and substantial refurbishment of a private dwelling in St John’s Wood. High spec finishes to all elements are expected. We need someone who has an excellent eye for detail and is comfortable with the demands made to achieve a superior finish.

Project 2. New build block of some 20 residential 1 and 2 bed apartments in Deptford. Demolition is currently underway and the ideal person will be able to take the project through to handover.

Both positions are open to applicants from either a trades, an engineering or a managerial background so long as you are able to achieve the desired finished article in a manner that ensures a high level of Health & Safety and a commercial result.

The Company has a current turnover approaching £70m and is expanding. Their work is in a number of different areas and they have expertise covering:
• Hotel and Leisure schemes
• Residential schemes
• Airport
• Offices
• Public and Government buildings
• Ministry of Defence establishments
• Factory manufactured bathroom and kitchen pods

Undertaking both new build and refurbishment works the Company aims for repeat business by completing projects on time whilst achieving high quality at a fair price, this is achieved by:
